Tishman Construction recently finished a $17-million renovation of the historic Copley Square Hotel in Boston. The 118-year-old hotel is now a modern boutique property; all 143 rooms feature a contemporary palette of warm, neutral-toned fabrics, dark woods and chrome…The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee just wrapped up a $19-million overhaul that saw all 481 rooms upgraded with technological enhancements and a contemporary urban décor.
