Inncom Nabs Best in Show

INNCOM International won the Kenneth F. Hine Best of Show award at the 92nd annual International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show in New York City on Nov. 11. The Niantic, CT company won for the e4 Smart Digital Thermostat with ecoMODE, a device that lets guests activate the hotel's conservation program. A touch of a button triggers the energy-saving mode and activates participation in a towel and linen recycling program. The Editors' Choice Awards were expanded to include a green equivalent to each of the competition's five categories of décor, essentials, luxury, restaurant and technology.
