Marriott Is the Place For Hotel IT Workers

Marriott is the best hotel company to work in the information technology profession, according to Computerworld magazine. It’s the seventh year in a row the chain has made the list. Marriott ranked 12th overall and is the only hotel company on the list of 100 firms. In part, Marriott received the honor for its Values in Practice Award program. Each month, several Marriott technology workers are honored for advancing the company’s core operating values. Honorees receive a crystal plaque, a $100 gift check and congratulatory letter from Marriott CIO Carl Wilson.
