Marquee addition to MGM Grand

The MGM Grand in Las Vegas expanded its meeting and convention space to 602,000 square feet with the addition of the Marquee Ballroom, a pillarless 92,000-square-foot structure. The multi-purpose building is capable of accommodating 6,000 guests and can be used for trade shows, general sessions and catered functions of all types and sizes. The standalone structure was constructed without the support of pillars, which makes the space more flexible. Earthy tones give the huge, fully carpeted space a comfortable feel.
